Brandon spent six years as an attorney at the Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia. In that role, he litigated consumer, housing, civil rights, and constitutional claims in state and federal trial and appellate courts.
Effective June 2026, he is the lead attorney in the Virginia Office of Civil Rights who identifies, investigates, and brings complex systemic litigation alleging pattern and practice violations of the Virginia Fair Housing Law, the Virginia Human Rights Act, the Public Integrity and Law Enforcement Misconduct Act, and other state and federal civil rights laws.
