Marcellus Snipes is the Senior Director for Operations for Williamsburg James City County Public Schools and entrepreneur who helps Support Service leadership understand and get the most out of their teams. Marcellus has provided extensive leadership training to WJCC, surrounding school divisions, and SNA workshops.
