Kelsey joined the Chef Ann Foundation in March of 2023 and serves as the Senior Director of
Workforce Development. In this role, Kelsey leverages her experience and expertise in Registered
Apprenticeship to support the expansion of the Health School Food Pathway program nationwide.
This program is centered on building and upskilling the school food workforce by providing
professional development and work experience opportunities in scratch-cook meal programs.
Under her leadership, Healthy School Food Pathway programs are now in Colorado, Virginia, and,
soon, New York.
