Throughout her tenure, she has taken on various roles within the organization, showcasing her expertise in practice management, project management, practice mergers and acquisitions, and leadership in innovative solutions that positively impact patients' lives. Notably, she played a crucial role in overseeing operations for Sentara's COVID-19 community testing and vaccination clinics.
Heather holds a bachelor’s degree from Regent University, where she pursued a course of study in Business and Leadership Studies. This educational background has undoubtedly contributed to her extensive career in healthcare administration and operations, showcasing her strong foundation in both business principles and leadership strategies.
