Chandler Vaughan is the Acting Director in the Virginia Office of Broadband. Before joining the state, Chandler worked for a local government to plan economic and community development efforts. In the Office of Broadband, Chandler assists stakeholders in accessing state, federal, and tribal resources and has played a key role in the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines for broadband infrastructure deployment programs, including over $2.25B in state and federal funds. Chandler plays a lead role in both managing construction of existing projects and designing the Commonwealth’s efforts under the BEAD Program in both broadband deployment and broadband adoption programs.
