Blythe joined USAC/RHC in January of 2014. She has held a variety of positions in Rural Health Care (RHC) including Assistant Program Analyst on the Health care Connect Fund (HCF) consortia team and Manager of the RHC Operations Team. She is currently the Advisor of Program Management and Ombudsperson for the RHC program. As the Ombudsperson, she continues to develop positive working relationships with RHC participants and has aligned trainings and resources between RHC staff and external stakeholders. She’s passionate about the mission and is committed to balancing program compliance with applicant success. Blythe received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Washington University (St. Louis) and her Master of Public Management degree from the University of Maryland.
