Senator Jennifer B. Boysko represents the 38th District in the Virginia State Senate. She was first elected to the Senate in 2019 and previously served as a member of the Virginia House of Delegates from 2015 to 2019. During her time in Richmond, she has focused on pro-business and progressive causes, while maintaining a commitment to fiscal responsibility.

Her current committee assignments include the Transportation Committee which she chairs, the Education and Health Committee serving as Chair of the Health Professions Subcommittee, the Senate Finance and Appropriations and the Capital Outlay and Transportation Subcommittee and the Health and Human Resources Subcommittee, the Courts of Justice Committee, and the Rules Committee. In addition, she serves on a number of boards and commissions for the Commonwealth.
