James Werth, Jr. has been the CEO of Tri-Area Community Health (TACH) since June of 2019. TACH is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in rural Southwest Virginia. Before TACH, he was the Behavioral Health Director and Black Lung Program Director at another FQHC in Southwest Virginia. He came to Virginia to be the Founding Director of Radford University’s Doctor of Psychology Program. He is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who received his PhD in Counseling Psychology from Auburn University and his Master’s of Legal Studies from the University of Nebraska.
