Prior to starting Mark Klyczek Consulting, Mark has served as the President & CEO of Virginia Health Services overseeing a portfolio of 7 Skilled Nursing and 2 Assisted Living communities, an Independent Living community, along with Home Care, Hospice, Pharmacy and Rehab services in the Tidewater area of Virginia. Prior to joining VHS, Mark spent 25 years in Health Systems in Upstate New York, serving in roles within Long Term Care, Home Care, Oncology, Hospital Administration and Physician Practice Management. Mark is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and graduated from D’Youville College with a M.S. in Health Services Administration, and Canisius College with a B.A. in Psychology and a certificate in Gerontology. Mark previously served as a member of the Virginia Health Care Association (VHCA/VCAL) Board, most recently serving as Vice Chair and helping to shape the Medicaid VBP program and provider owned network. Mark's current focus is top line revenue opportunities related to ISNP, ACO and Value Based Purchasing programs.
