Shaila Menees is Chief Development Officer for HCA Healthcare’s Capital Division, where she leads strategic growth, business development, and network optimization across the region. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations, she is known for driving service line expansion, cultivating physician partnerships, and advancing market growth initiatives.Prior to her current role, Menees served as Assistant Vice President of Cardiac and Vascular Services for HCA Healthcare, driving enterprise strategy for this critical service line. She previously held roles as Capital Division Vice President of Cardiovascular Services and hospital administrator at Henrico Doctors’ Hospital, where she led key program development and capital projects. Her earlier career includes consulting and strategy work with national healthcare organizations, supporting performance improvement and facility planning initiatives. Menees holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Health Science from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
