Pam Morris has served as Executive Director of the Greene Care Clinic, a rural health care clinic with an all-volunteer medical team, since 2019.  The Greene Care Clinic provides free primary health care, prescription support, and mental health counseling to uninsured adult residents of Greene County, VA.  Her background as an environmental microbiologist with over 20 years of experience as an academic Faculty Member at a medical university and five years with the National Science Foundation has resulted in a unique combination of skills that she brings to her position.  Although ten years ago she never would have imagined that she would be the directing a nonprofit that provides free health care to the uninsured, she has found the position both challenging and purpose filled.
