Chris Turnbull is Chief of Staff for Carilion Clinic. At Carilion, he is a strategic partner to the CEO and cabinet. He translates executive strategies for internal and external stakeholders, connects dots inside and outside the system and ensures that organizational priorities remain in focus, removing any roadblocks along the way. Prior to his current role, he founded and developed Carilion’s Corporate Communications team. During his 25-year career, Chris has helped leaders in private and public sector organizations navigate complex situations with diplomacy and tact, including through several stints at management consulting firms as well as large multinational organizations like the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and Amazon.
