Keita C. Rodgers is a seasoned executive and transformational leader with a track record of driving operational excellence across the military, corporate, and nonprofit sectors. He currently serves as the Director of Administration and Chief Financial Officer at the Virginia Legal Aid Society, where he leads finance, HR, IT, compliance, and strategic operations for a regional legal services organization supporting vulnerable communities.
A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Keita spent over ten years in the U.S. Army—serving in traditional and Special Operations roles—where he led both large and small, diverse teams in complex, high-pressure environments across the Middle East, Asia, and the U.S. He later brought his operational and people leadership skills to Amazon, where he launched and scaled logistics programs as an Operations Manager III.
Keita holds a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His work is anchored in systems thinking, inclusive leadership, and a strong belief in the intersection of service, equity, and strategic execution. He is also an active board member and certified Scrum Master, with a demonstrated passion for empowering communities through both innovation and intentional leadership.
