Louis Green serves as the Director of People & Culture at the Virginia Poverty Law Center (VPLC), where he guides statewide efforts to strengthen workplace culture, accountability, and organizational effectiveness across Virginia’s twelve legal aid programs. With more than a decade of experience in people-focused leadership, he has designed and championed initiatives that elevate employee voice, enhance organizational practices, and ensure that individuals from a wide range of lived experiences can thrive.
