Victoria Richardson, is an attorney with the Center for Healthy Communities at the Virginia Poverty Law Center. She is a 2013 graduate from the University of Maryland, Francis King Carey School of Law with a specialty certificate in Healthcare Law and Policy. Before she started working with VPLC in December 2023, she spent nine years as an attorney advisor with the Social Security Administration, and worked for one year in a private law firm specializing in consumer protection and personal injury. Her professional interests include Medicaid/CHIP, Social Security, Managed Care, ACA/Marketplace, Charity Care, and Medical Debt Protections. She is a member of the Children's Health Insurance Program Advisory Committee (CHIPAC).
