Faith Kallman is a seasoned nonprofit executive and current Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the Virginia Poverty Law Center (VPLC), a statewide legal services support nonprofit dedicated to breaking systemic barriers that perpetuate poverty. At VPLC, Faith leads the implementation of strategic initiatives, oversees human resources, and manages operational and administrative functions. She also supervises the Outreach, Communications, Development, and Office Administration teams, supporting their goals and fostering collaboration across the organization.
With over 20 years of experience, Faith has a proven track record in fund development, donor cultivation, board engagement, and marketing. She has held leadership roles with organizations such as Homeward, United Way, and Jewish Family Services, successfully launching multimillion-dollar campaigns and spearheading award-winning community programs. Her strategic approach has driven measurable growth, including doubling major gifts during the COVID-19 pandemic and enhancing organizational efficiencies.
