Pat represents Virginia and Maryland consumers in matters of unauthorized transactions and bank fraud. In addition to his litigation practice, Pat contributed to the National Consumer Law Center's Consumer Banking and Payments Law treatise, and he regularly speaks on topics of bank fraud at national conferences for the National Association of Consumer Advocates and the National Consumer Law Center.

Before joining Kelly Guzzo, PLC, Pat practiced at an international law firm and completed two federal clerkships: for the Honorable M. Hannah Lauck of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia; and for the Honorable Joseph R. Goodwin of the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. Pat graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law with the school’s highest honors.
