Anitra D. Howard is a member of the LASEV Community Support Team and heads the statistics wing of the unit where she works to improve the client experience and identify trends in the needs of the community. Anitra received her B.A in Political Science from the Batten Honors College of Virginia Wesleyan University with focuses on voter rights and education, and the rise of alt-right ideologies in the Western world. Anitra is a co-owner of Eleanor’s* a small feminist bookstore in Norfolk. Prior to joining LASEV in May 2023, Anitra helped coach a small Ethics Bowl team and worked as a Program Coordinator for the Ambassador Program at her alma mater.
