Maria Prieto Morales is a Legal Assistant-Client Advocate with Legal Aid Justice Center in Richmond. In 2024, Maria graduated from Virginia State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In her current role, she supports clients through intake, interpretation, and case management, while assisting attorneys with case needs. Maria also works closely with community partners and helps identify resources in the community to better serve community members. Born and raised in Venezuela, she brings a deep commitment to equity and access to justice, ensuring that every client is heard and supported with dignity.
