Eleanor Kootsey is the Chief Strategy Officer for CIMA Consulting. She helps clients strengthen their organizations during times of launch, growth, or stagnancy so they can raise money and accomplish their mission-driven objectives. She began her career in arts administration Merce Cunningham Dance Company and the Aspen Santa Fe Ballet. She went on to lead expansion for Girls For A Change, and launch the Richmond, Va. expansion for Higher Achievement. As a consultant, she has worked with numerous nonprofit clients throughout Virginia and the country. Eleanor is also the Board Chair of the Roanoke City Public Schools Education Foundation.
