Daniel Rezai is a housing attorney who specializes in the rights of tenants in Manufactured Housing Communities who own their homes. Daniel drafts and lobbies on legislation meant to benefit low-income manufactured homeowners to bring equal footing between the tenants and owners of manufactured housing communities. When not in session, Daniel travels the Commonwealth delivering classes on tenants’ rights in both manufactured housing communities and conventional rentals. Daniel also works with other tenant-first organizations to coordinate a statewide task force on Manufactured Housing. Daniel coordinates with Legal Aid attorneys statewide to answer questions related to representation of residents in eviction cases throughout the state.
