Divani Nadaraja received her B.A. degree cum laude in Psychology, History, and South Asian Studies from the University of Pennsylvania in 2003 and her J.D. from The George Washington Law School in 2007. Ms. Nadaraja is a Partner at Feldesman, Tucker, Leifer, Fidell, LLP where she practices family law. Prior to joining Feldesman, Tucker, Leifer, Fidell, LLP, Ms. Nadaraja was a Senior Associate with Powell Radomsky, LLC in Fairfax Virginia, ShounBach in Fairfax Virginia, and a Domestic Violence Attorney for Fairfax County with Legal Services of Northern Virginia. Ms. Nadaraja is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Fairfax Bar Association, American Bar Association, South Asian Bar Association, and Fairfax Juvenile and Domestic Relations Committee. She is pending approval to the DC Bar. She is the cofounder of the SAPAN Institute, a performing arts nonprofit dedicated to the advancement of South Asian music, dance, and theater. She additionally serves on her eldest child’s Parent Teacher Association in Fairfax County. Divani resides in Fairfax County, Virginia with her husband and three children and she is the daughter of immigrants.
