Jennifer started her work in the criminal justice system in 2009 and has prior experience as a legal assistant and deputy clerk in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations and General District Courts.  She started her career in Victim Witness in 2016 when a new Department of Justice rule drastically increased federal funding for state victim assistance programs.  Jennifer was the director of Victim Witness in Madison from 2016 to 2023 and expanded services for victims of crimes with the help of Dawn.
