Dawn entered the world of victim/survivor advocacy in October 2016.  She joined SAFE – a non-profit in Culpeper that supports domestic and sexual violence survivors. A few months later, she met Jennifer.  Shortly after they met, they started to recognize the effectiveness of their partnership. Throughout their time together, Dawn and Jennifer developed collaborative relationships with the victims/survivors they supported, allied professionals. and many community partners.
