What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Answer:

Cancellations: Written notice of cancellation must be sent to info@sna-va.org
Refunds: A full refund (minus a $35 processing fee) is available if cancellation is received at least 21 calendar days before the event (February 27, 2026).

  •       No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 10 calendar days before the event (March 10, 2026).
  •       Refunds will not be processed until the original payment has cleared.
  •        A $35 processing fee applies to all refunds.

Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to another individual rather than canceled.

Emergency Exceptions: The Finance Committee may grant exceptions in special circumstances.
