Beth Morris has directed School Nutrition Programs for over 24 years, beginning in a small rural district before joining Lynchburg City Schools in 2015. She has led the expansion of alternative breakfast models, districtwide Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), Farm to School efforts, and a return to scratch cooking. Her commitment to high-quality, from-scratch meals is demonstrated with her investment in Brigaid, bringing a professional chef into the district to train staff and elevate the standard of school meals. Beth has presented widely on school nutrition best practices. She currently serves as President-Elect of the School Nutrition Association of Virginia for the 2025–2026 school year.
