Additional Parking Information for VAASL Conference Attendees
at the Williamsburg Lodge

For attendees driving into Williamsburg, additional parking is available at the Colonial Williamsburg Visitor Center. From there, complimentary shuttle transportation is available directly into the Historic Area, including stops near the Williamsburg Lodge. (Colonial Williamsburg)

The shuttle service is operated by Williamsburg Area Transit Authority (WATA) Route 15: Colonial and runs approximately every 15 minutes throughout the day. Shuttle stops include:

• Williamsburg Lodge

• Merchants Square

• Governor’s Palace

• Capitol Area

• Art Museums of Colonial Williamsburg (Colonial Williamsburg)

• Visitor Center parking is located at 101 Visitor Center Drive, Williamsburg, VA 23185.

• Daily parking fees may apply at the Visitor Center.

• Downloading the “Passport Parking” app in advance is recommended for easy payment. Parking kiosks are also available onsite. (Colonial Williamsburg)

• The Williamsburg Lodge also offers onsite self-parking for overnight guests, though availability may be limited during busy conference periods. (Colonial Williamsburg)

• Allow a little extra travel time during peak arrival periods, especially in the mornings.

For those staying offsite, the Visitor Center shuttle is often the easiest and most stress-free option for accessing the conference area without navigating Historic Area traffic and parking.
