Harmonie joins WFCM following a twenty-year career in federal credit unions where the industry motto is “people helping people.” Since joining WFCM as the Executive Director in February 2019, Harmonie has expanded WFCM in areas of community engagement and outreach raising awareness of the work WFCM does, and in connecting with broader grants and funds to serve those in need. Additionally, she has worked with staff to expand hours, locations and services for clients as well as built new programs to serve residents such as satellite refrigerator locations in western Fairfax.
Harmonie graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Social Work followed by earning an MBA with a concentration in marketing from the University of Phoenix.
