VACo uses Hollins Exposition Services for set-up & breakdown of the exhibit hall. They will contact you several weeks prior to the conference with further information and instructions. Monday Exhibitor Prize Drawing in the Exhibit Hall
The drawing holds great value and excitement for our members, and we encourage exhibitors to participate.
The prize limit is $100; however, you can have more than one item. Please include your business card and the value with each item in the drawing to ensure proper exhibitor recognition.
We recommend that you display your drawing item(s) in your booth, and we will ask you to bring
your item(s) to the drawing area just prior to Monday's drawing.
All booth numbers will be included on the drawing cards for the drawing. Members must visit your booth to have their drawing card initialed and completed drawing cards are added to a rolling drum.
Private Fishbowl Drawings at Your Booth
Exhibitors may conduct their own fishbowl drawings at their booth with the following stipulations: You are responsible for adhering to the gift limit of $100 and for listing the value with the gift for reporting purposes.
We are hap y to announce your Fishbowl Drawing winner at the Monday Exhibitor Prize Drawing in the Exhibit Hall at 1:45pm, and you can give your winner their prize at that time; or you can opt to contact your winner to arrange your prize delivery directly.
Monday Drawing for Free Booth
The drawing for a free booth in 2027 is held immediately after the exhibitor drawing on Monday afternoon in the Exhibit Hall.
You must be present to win the free booth.

TERMS: VACo reserves the right to refuse any advertisement. The advertising company agrees and understands that it cannot cancel this agreement. VACo will have no liability for the omission of any advertisement. In the event an ad is inadvertently omitted, the advertising company’s advertisement fee will be refunded.

Lodging : Our friendly reminder about the Omni Homestead Sleeping Rooms
Due to a shortage of sleeping rooms at the Omni Homestead, and to accommodate as many county
members and exhibitors as possible, each paid exhibit booth includes the opportunity to reserve
and purchase one Omni Homestead sleeping-room until the Omni Homestead is sold out. We will
manage the sleeping room list internally and provide your sleeping room confirmation number in
October, and at that time you can contact the Omni Homestead to secure your reservation with
your credit card.
Completing the exhibitor registration form does not reserve your Omni Homestead sleeping room. Your hotel room is not considered secured until:
You have received a hotel confirmation number (available mid-October by VACo)
You have provided your credit card information to the hotel to secure payment.
Meals
Meal Plan for Your Stay at the Omni Homestead
Meal Plans are available for those staying within the Omni Homestead VACo Room Block.
Your meal plan is included in the price of your Omni Homestead sleeping room. Your plan starts on the day of your arrival. Your Meal Plan includes nightly dinners and breakfast the following morning (Served in the Main Dining Room).
Example: Checking in on Saturday and Checking out on Monday would include Dinner Saturday Night, Breakfast in the Main Dining Room Sunday Morning, Sunday Night Banquet Dinner Ticket, and Breakfast on Monday Morning in the Main Dining Room.
PLEASE NOTE: On Sunday Night, November 8, the meal plan dinner is the Banquet, and you will have a ticket. Exhibitors who are staying at The Omni Homestead may attend the banquet at no additional cost. If you are staying at the Omni Homestead but do not attend the Banquet you will pay menu price to dine at the other dining establishments on the premises on Sunday Night.
For those not staying within the Omni Homestead VACo Room Block, all meals are included except the Sunday banquet and breakfasts. All are welcome at the Sunday Banquet, and tickets are available for $125. Tickets can be purchased at the registration desk or during your registration process.
