A note from the judging panel: 

Be sure to include information like (depending on award questions):

• Examples! We can't stress this enough - you are doing wonderful things, talk about them!
• Show how your school nutrition program is involved within your community 
• Tell us how you are promoting your program to your students and families
• Include data, if possible (for example, before/after a specific incentive/program, etc.)

 

Remember - the panelists do not know the names of the nominees and only know what is written, so be sure to paint a vivid picture!
